Self check-in arrangements can be made for check-ins later than 6:00 p.m.
You may arrive anytime after 11:00 AM on check-in day to receive your temporary membership badges for the Lake Naomi Club and begin using the amenities. After checkout, your membership badges are valid for the remainder of the day.

A non-refundable deposit of one night plus taxes will be collected at the time of booking. For any cancellations that occur 1 week prior to check-in (or 14 days for stays over holidays and from Memorial Day through Labor Day), we will hold your deposit for up to one year to be used on a future stay. If you would like more flexibility, consider booking with our Rest Easy Cancellation Coverage Rate. Any reservations cancelled within the 1-week timeframe (or 14 days for reservations over holidays and from Memorial Day to Labor Day) will forfeit their full deposit. Once you arrive, you are responsible for the full length of your reservation, even if you need to check out earlier.

Booking with our Rest Easy Cancellation Coverage Rate gives you peace of mind knowing you can cancel your reservation with shorter notice. When booking this rate, you pay an additional $35.00 per night (plus taxes) over our Best Available Rate. You will then be able to cancel your reservation for "any reason", up until 12:00pm Eastern Time the day prior to your scheduled day of arrival and receive a refund of your deposit minus the $35.00 per night (plus taxes) cancellation fee. Cancellation coverage must be purchased at the time you make your reservation. Enhancements or packages ordered and cancelled with short notice may result in additional cancellation charges.

As a small lodging property, we require your commitment to your reservation. Reservations are accepted with the understanding that you will be financially responsible for the entire period reserved. We cannot be responsible for less than perfect weather, illness, family emergencies, work conflicts or cancelled flights. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com. These companies are independent and not affiliated with our inn.

Mountaintop Lodge at Lake Naomi is a family friendly bed and breakfast that welcomes well-behaved children of all ages at all times, not just for special events, such as weddings, family reunions, etc. Many rooms accommodate extra guests with pull-out sofa beds. Room capacity may not exceed the normal guest count of 2 per bed and 1-2 per sofa bed. While the lodge can provide a pack and play upon request, we do not provide temporary beds or air mattresses that might otherwise extend normal room occupancy. Accurate count for all room guests is required at reservation. Room rates are based on double occupancy and additional guests will incur a nightly charge of $25 per additional guest over the age of five.

The Mountaintop Lodge at lake Naomi accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. The lodge will pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival and charge a deposit equal to one night plus taxes for all rooms reserved. Mountaintop Lodge at Lake Naomi will add a 3.5% charge to all credit card transactions.

• Mountaintop Lodge at Lake Naomi is a smoke-free facility.
• Due to the historic nature of the building, lighted candles are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted, but the hospitality staff can assist with making kennel arrangements.
• The minimum age to rent a room without an adult is 18 years old.
• Guests under the age of 12 must have an adult staying in the room with them.
• We reserve the right to remove any guest from the premises and to refuse accommodations, for any reason.

Please check your room carefully before leaving. Left behind items will be held for 30 days before being donated or discarded. We can make arrangements to hold your items until you return to pick up or we can ship them to you. Any items that we ship will incur a $5.00 packaging fee plus the cost of postage.

Guest damages to Mountaintop Lodge at Lake Naomi, including property pilferage or theft, will be billed to the credit card on record for the room reservation.
