Gift Certificates are shipped by standard U.S. mail. Expedited shipping is available by request and is subject to a minimum $15.00 USD fee unless shipping costs exceed $15.00 USD then purchaser will be billed total amount of expedited shipping costs. E-mail Gift Certificates can be arranged and will be honored same as issued paper Gift Certificate providing Gift Certificate number is shown and matches to Mountaintop Lodge records. Mountaintop Lodge is not responsible for late delivery of any Gift Certificate through error of U.S. Post office or any commercial shipping company, through fault of incorrect shipping address and/or e-mail address and/or lost or stolen Gift Certificates. Mountaintop Lodge will not guarantee holiday delivery of a Gift Certificate if Gift Certificate is ordered less then 10 business days prior to intended holiday. Original Gift Certificate must be presented upon check in - No Exceptions- Standard two weeks notice of cancellation of a reservation made with a Gift Certificate is required. If cancellation of Gift Certificate reservation is received with in two weeks of intended arrival date the Gift Certificate will be made void. Gift Certificates are NON TRANSFERABLE and can NOT be redeemed for cash.
